My 2 teenagers have been going to Crew Cuts since their 1st haircut I still have the 1st packet with their curl. They are now 14 nd 16

Very up set. Went in to get my hair washed and cut. They wouldn't take me because they closed in an hour. Only place I know of that would deny service. Just because they close in an hour. No one else was in the store either. It was just the 4 hair dressers.

The women told a mentally disabled person to shhh when clearly he had a problem but still. and then asked them "do you not know what 15% is?! " my service was fine but that was just rude !

I Have been Going there for Years , as A Child , i am now 24 and still go there , They are always very Nice and i Have Never had a Problem but 1 time and they Gave me a Free Haircut and Eye brow Waxing ! i Will Continue Going There . The Ladies are Great There !

I have been going to Crew Cuts for years now. Some of the hairdressers are better with men's cuts than others, but Lisa is by far the best! She always remembers my preferences (and I don't go nearly as often as i should) and gives me a perfect fade every time. The counter staff is also excellent.

I've been going to Crew Cuts for several years and find the highest level of professionalism including the owner being on site almost every time I have an appointment. They try to assist you in having several technicians available to serve you for whenever one of them aren't available, you'll have another to get that unexpected appointment taken care of . I work with 3 different techs. I'm always pleased with the results, and if there was a concern or problem the owner is always available to make sure you walk out the doors pleased, NO MATTER WHAT! I'm in the Real Estate business and going into the Crew Cuts establishment is a relaxing appointment for me, I look forward to my appointment or I'll call spare of the moment and have never been turned down. Furthermore, in my past business I owned a cleaning service, that's what impressed me the most, you won't find another salon as clean as Crew Cuts. This is the only salon you'll find the owner attached to a broom, not the cash register, she doesn't like hair on the floor!

This place is great for kids! I brought my son for his first haircut and they have playstations to play with, tv's with dvd's to watch. A beautiful mural on the wall for the kids to look at and it was so cute seeing him sitting in the little tractor they have instead of a regular chair to have his hair cut. The also have a whole area of blocks and other toys for the kids if they're waiting.

I would give zero stars if allowed.

I had walked in without an appointment. While I was waiting a customer came in behind me and was seated before me. The desk clerk was rarely at her desk and the hair cutters were making the appointments, bypassing me. When I asked them why someone after me was being seated first they lied to my face and told me he had an appointment, while I was sitting there listening to the whole conversation and knew he was a walk in also. When it was my turn, I was treated rudely by the hairstylist and my haircut was done in three minutes.

If you are a sucker for abuse, this is your place. I would not even return here for a free haircut.
