I have had a problem with them also. They came to my house in Morehead City and replace some glass. One piece did not fit so the took off telling that "we will be back".

That was over three weeks ago. I have call them three time and still nothing done. I had called around and they were the cheapest, in this case it has not been a deal. I am going to file a complaint with the bbb. So you have been warned.

paid no attention to sizes that were measured and installed whatever was convenient for them. workmanship was poor. corner pieces did not line up with trim. timely correction of problems was not achieved. there two week delivery turned into 3 months. was working out of town and came back to Morehead to have marrows installed. after receiving multiple excuses I lost a weeks worth of work. I called Atlantic glass and they have installed the mirrors within 6 days. I have had to remove southern glass and mirrors and reinstall with new from Alantic glass which I would highly recommend. they were cheaper and a lot more professional and truthful about install times. not only will southren glass and mirror not return my deposit they have billed me the remainder and expect to be paid.they have refused to return my deposit and they won't the remainder of the money even though their job was damage to private properly to me.my lesson is even though somebody is a disabled veteran that does not make them honest. deserve no stars but had to select one to warn the rest of you.
