Stephen Box Fitness & Nutrition serves Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Cumming, Buford, and Lawrenceville with 2 convenient locations. We offer private 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training by appointment only. We also offer online training and nutrition coaching programs. So what makes us different? Simple, we have a habit-centered, how's that working for ya approach to fitness and nutrition. We don't focus on cutting things out of your life to get fast results or have you completely change your life and eating habits overnight. That stuff may work short term but the weight always comes back. By focusing on building the right habits, the right way, we get the results that last a lifetime. That's what makes us different!
