Founded in 1980, Renaud Electric and Communications Inc. is a provider of quality electrical contracting service to New England and central Massachusetts. It provides voltage, voice, data and fiberoptic connectivity to a wide array of markets, including high tech office buildings, industrial buildings, schools and universities, municipal facilities, health care facilities, biotechnology facilities and laboratories. With a staff of 45 employees, the company serves industrial and medical facilities, including hospitals, research laboratories and other forms of health care. Some of the projects undertaken by Renaud Electric & Communications Inc. include Tufts University, Flagship Bank, United Parcel Service, Umass Medical Center, Extended Stay America, Unibank, Millbury Credit Union, Millbury High School and Price Chopper SuperMarket. In 2005, the company received awards from Construction Industries Compensation Corporation (CICC) for Zero Lost Time Claims and Best Loss Ratio.
