Roger's (as it's known to the local gentry) is fast becoming a Sutter institution. Roger and his family run the place and have consistently tried to improve the service and selection for their consumer's. The easy atmosphere and positive connection with the neighborhood and many kids coming and going during the days and nights are laudable. Roger's got it right...be service oriented first and profits will follow.
