Established in 1998 as a nonstock, nonprofit corporation, ProHealth Care includes Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial hospitals, nearly 15 primary care clinics, home health care services, long-term care and a health and fitness center. Services are continually being developed and added. Specialized tertiary services include advanced cancer care, cardiology and one of the most active obstetrical/neonatal intensive care programs in the United States. The company is comprised of members representing nearly all aspects of health care, with more than 700 physicians and nearly 5,000 employees. ProHealth Care is headquartered in Waukesha, Wis.
