I went into this ACE hardware for the first time and was blown away with how friendly the employee's were. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like I was their best customer. Was a surprisingly wonderful experience and I would reccomend everybody to visit them for their hardware needs.
For nearly 20 years I have been using this hardware store. I am always pleased with the service and products. Buying a tiny tool to help me work on electronics or renting yard or carpet equipment, this place has never let me down. I am also pleased with the paint department and its vast abilities to help with any project or need. I go in there all the time and have never had a problem with anything. The employees are great and store is in acceptable order, in my opinion. I don't understand how someone can complain about the place being in disarray, when they pack so much merchandise into such a small place. The place has a wide selection of products and most items that are necessary in fixing projects, stemming from plumbing projects, to electrical applications. They are located right in the heart of Sussex and have competitive prices, without the unnecessary drive to Menards or Home Depot. All in all the store has little to no flaws!
