Jeff Baugus has been a small business owner for nearly 30 years. He is not only the owner of Tax Beacon, but also owns Insurancebeacon.com, an independent insurance agency. In additional to vast experience in the fields of tax and insurance, he is also a branch manager and senior loan officer for a mortgage banker. This wide array of experience has given Jeff a unique perspective in all aspect of personal finance and business. Not only has Jeff had real world experience, but he backs it up with formal education as well. Jeff is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk manager and an Enrolled Agent, as well as earning his BA in Finance and an MBA.
