A professional vacant home watch to ensure your home is safe while you are away. HGS will treat your home as if it were our own. HGS will visit your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and ensure everything is in proper order. We will complete exterior and interior checks to include ensuring heat/ac working, running water, checking for leaking pipes, changing air filters, changing batteries in fire alarms, turning water on and off to ensure sinks, toilets and washing machine are running properly. All walkthroughs are video taped and uploaded to the website for clients to view. HGS will respond to alarms, and act as a liaison to HOA and City code. HGS will also make your home ready for your return, and will even pick you up from the airport if you like. HGS offers a full concierge service, we will do your grocery shopping, mail packages, pick up service, line waiting service, take out delivery, cleaning, organizing, whatever you desire, we will do.
