Been shopping there for past 5 yrs and have had no problems. All employees are and helpful from management down. The store is clean and items easy to find. We have had a Frys VIP card from the start. This has to be the best deal around. When shopping we save on items listed at a lower price with the card and get points added to our account. The points give you a good discount when purchasing gas at their gas station or at Shell stations. It doesn't get any better than that.

I have called Fry's a few time and every time I call I am put on hold for a super long time. This is very unacceptable to me. No one even gets on the phone to let you know that they will be with you in a moment. This is a real big turn off to shop here. Very disappointing!!!
