Horrible. When paying for my reservation and picking up the car, I was asked if I will be traveling across state lines. I said yes, so I didnt have to pay extra mileage. I traveled from phx az to humbolt california. I had a tire blow on me doing 35 miles an hour, out in the middle of nowhere on a one lane road 2 hours from any towns. I'm thinking ok, no problem, I'll switch it with a spare and get it to a tire shop, I go tear the car apart there's no damn spare tire... there's no damn tools to remove the front tire and move it to the back. I'M A GIRL, I CAN STILL FRIGGN CHANGE A TIRE! I am from phoenix,where it's 100-120 degrees average. I got stuck in 38 degree weather and stranded becasue of not having a spare tire, you are a car rental company..what the hell is your problem? I hitched literally threw out my finger, there was no cell service I could not call for help. A sweet old man picked me up and took me to a small store two hours from my car, that had a landlines so I could call for help. I waited for over four hours for a tow truck driver, the store I was taking refuge in such cold weather closed at 7 pm...they did not come get me until almost 9 Pl when I made the call for help at 5 pm and they gave me an estimated 45 minute pick up time that changed into two hours then over four hours. WHEN I finally got into the tow truck it took us another four hours to get me to another store that was an hour from an enterprise location since enterprise closed and couldn't help me. No one asked me if I needed a hotel, no one helped me. I literally stayed on a strangers couch that owned the store becasue you guys left me stranded and told me to wait wit my car until morning. LET ME REPEAT THIS, I WEIGH 110 POUNDS, I'M A GIRL AND I SLEPT ON A STRANGERS COUCH TO NOT BE LEFT IN 38 DEGREE WEATHER BECASUE ENTERPRISE COULD CARE LESS. literally. THIS happened. THEN the next morning g the strangers had to drive me back to there little store as I stayed at there house to make it back to the tow truck driver who threatened to leave me behind if I didn't hurry... I was literally at the mercy of strangers helping me, I wanted to slap the guy, he can friggn wait 15 minutes as it took me a day and a half just for a damn blown tire. I hate you guys. I literally hate enterprise, I should have checked for a spare tire.. yes, I assumed a car company would have these basic safety measures. I would have had to call 911 if the strangers didn't help me. OR stay in my car running all night in the friggn middle of nowhere. I cannot tell you how much I hate enterprise, the only good thing of all this is I left my dad at home, hes Frickn sick and dieing, I dint want to leave him behind but my tummy hurt Everytime I thought about taking him, it was planned for months to take him, that morning I decided not too, if I hadn't my dad would have been in dire straight. I would have had the biggest vendetta against your company. You messed with my life all becasue you didn't have a donut or spare or even tools to switch my tire from th e front to the back,cuz I would have ridden that car til it fell apart to get out of the situation I was in. Screw you enterprise and your bullcrap.
