Great place with a nice variety and friendly people! The grooming is top notch and Dale's carries a HUGE variety of pet food.

My family has been customer's of Dales for 15+ years. We remember when it was a small shed and have watched it expand. They care about the community and the people that come into the store. Best local store around, amazing prices, amazing staff and clean environment.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! this store was recommended to me by my vet so my family and I stopped in today to buy some dog food. While we were there we passed the groomer and there was a dog yelping quite loudly. My daughters stopped to see what was going on and the groomer yelled at my daughters. "This is Not entertainment" she yelled. And continued to yell and them. I told the groomer if they didn't want customers looking in they should have the groomers in a closed off area not open for everyone to see. And she could have used a nicer tone when speaking. I will never go back to that store. Small business owners need the community for business but I will spend my money somewhere else.

Went to buy bird seed today and the 50lb bag looked like it had been laying in water and then dried and sat back out on shelf. There were no other 50lb. bags so I asked cashier to ask owner if I could have the price of the 50lb. bag if I bought 2 25lb. bags since they had no more 50lb. bags. Owner said " No, but we can open up they 50lb and possibly discount some of it---NO THANKS!!! I don't want to buy DAMP DRIED SEED and make my birds sick!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will return to The Stock Shop where the owner cares about her customers----will never go to Dale's again!!!!
