Lisa and Nelson Melendez, co-owners, founded their business in July 2009. You might know their business as ?The Karate Studio? or ?Melendez Massage? as they are DBA?s (doing business as) of the SC Wellness & Fitness Center, LLC. In their growing success, they have added Reiki (energy work). Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi continuing education for Licensed Massage Therapist. Both Sensei Nelson and Lisa are distributors for Juice Plus+ Nutrition. Juice Plus+ is whole food concentrate from 17 different fruits, vegetables and grains in capsule, chewable and meal replacement form. Wellness presentations are free upon request. Their goal is to introduce their community to a healthier life style while supporting them through the process
