Where to begin...my father had used Lanes since 2005. Sadly, passed away earlier this year. We continued the service until we sold the house. When I called Lane's regarding the contract, I spoke to Wes Nichols who was amazing. He always called me back and was very helpful and understanding even when I was upset and not always in a good place. He helped me coordinate everything with the service contract and went above and beyond for me. I 100% recommend Lane's. They are a business that not only does great work, but also listens, and works to make their clients feel heard and appreciated.

I would highly say to people that this lane's would be the one to pick from all of the ones on the Grand Strand. We used one before calling on lane's, after that one time we found lane's on our own over 6 years ago, I love it, they did a great, great, job. From the office to the guy that came to the house, he was and is amazing, we have asked and they agreed that this guy is the only guy that comes to our house, he's that good, they will work with you in anyway they can. Use them you want be disappointed. I was sick one time did not call them, they called a few times than dented a lady to make sure thighs where ok, I don't know many companies that will go to the leans that this company dose. We want be going anywhere else. When you fine the best why look any other place.

They were on time, and super nice. Have not seen a bug in my house since!
