My neighbor recommended Carolina Cool to my husband and me when we moved to SC about eight years ago and we've never regretted our choice for their HVAC and plumbing services. They have always come through for us whenever we've needed them. They have a great service team who are always courteous and respectful and most of all well trained and experienced. They are a family oriented company who shows they care for their customers and they don't talk you into something you don't need. My sister now uses them too. I highly recommend them.
Carolina cool did a terrific job with the whole installment and I wanted to thank them for being so professional in the job they do.
They were great !! Fixed my A/C promply and very reasonable !!
The biggest rip off in MB. Unprofessional,unqualified and extremely greedy. We have old AC unit which they didn't want or couldn't repair. They waneed only to replace it. 5 years passed and it is still working. They ripped off our neighbor old lady for $11.000 new unit. The are to be reported!!!!!

I would leave no stars if I could. Came out two times to fix a problem within about a two week period. Over charged for the services. Stay away from this business.
A local company that always shows up and does good work time after time.
We love Carolina Cool! They are always on time and are very knowledgable!
they are great, they gave me some window units to get me by while they worked on my house, i would of had to go to a motel if it wasnt for them

I have a condo in a large complex in MB. I have use CC many times. They are a great company. Many other owners in the complex have used them also all with positive experiences. I had an older HVAC unit, like the previous commenter. I repaired/recharged it over and over, but finally broke down and bought a new unit. Lloyd worked with me on selection of a new unit. In my opinion he was great to work with. I shopped around, but no other company was able to beat the price on a new system. I would definitely recommend CC.

I called Lloyd at Carolina Cooling, and they sent out a service tech. I asked them to just diagnose the problem, and let me know what was wrong. They came back to my office and stated my unit was 27 years old, and I needed a new unit. The funny thing is the building was build 18 years ago. He started to back track and say well ok its 18 years old you need a new unit. I called another A/C company and all I needed was some Freon. Yes its 18 years old but the 2nd contractor that came out said it had a few years left in her. It was 1.5 pounds low on Freon.Then Carolina Cooling sent me a bill for $245. They told me my diagnostic fee was only $89. After several phone calls and keeping my cool, they agreed to accept only $89.
