Trust. When you take a computer in for repairs, you need to trust that the repair place will not try and sell you a bill of goods. I've found that I can trust Alpha & Omega. They provide fair and accurate quotes, and have helped in purchasing new equipment. They're not some big box store. Then again, the big box stores employ people that know enough just to screw you up royally. Alpha and Omega will continue to get my business, and my referrals. They've earned my trust.

But, Alpha Omega Computers was able to recover my pictures and documents; they even took the extra time to save my favorites and music.
