      The goal of treatment at Acadiana Addiction Center (AAC) is to facilitate our clients’ journey to long-term abstinence from drugs and alcohol. Through education, individualized treatment and proven tools of recovery, our clients attain a thorough understanding of their recovery. We offer a full spectrum of care for addiction treatment. This is part of our commitment to creating a long-term foundation for recovery with the men and women who stay with us. We offer detoxification services for those in the grips of their abuse as our highest level of care. Our main treatment programs are at the residential level, which give you time to learn recovery skills in a safe and serene setting and explore the roots of your addiction. We treat alcoholism, opiates, prescription drug addictions, and many other types of substance abuse. Each client receives their own assessment and a tailored treatment plan based around their own background and needs. We also have a premier extended care program for women called Belle of the Oaks
