P.S. 150 Queens is an elementary school located in Queens, N.Y. It provides a range of academic programs and services to enhance civil and social skills. The school offers cooperative learning, peer tutoring, talented and gifted, foreign language and literature-based reading programs. It also provides comprehensive programs related to visual arts, dance, drama and music. The school additionally operates a student choir, art club and basketball team. P.S. 150 Queens has a family room for daily parent activities. It organizes workshops on parenting skills, instructional practices and computer literacy. The school also publishes a bimonthly newsletter and encourages parental involvement in campus activities. P.S. 150 Queens serves more than 1,200 students in prekindergarten through grade six.
