excellent service!!!
I called sometime in the beginning of April to see my options for DirecTV. We were considering it, but not sure of the prices and fees. The representative did a great job explaining the service, the boxes, the DVR, and the internet agreements. We were considering getting DirecTV in about a month, but after talking with her and others we know who have it, we decided to go ahead and get it. The next representative I talked to was able to have a technician out to the house the next day. We had some tree issues and didn't think we wanted it on the house. We postponed it and then after talking to a neighbor, decided it might work on the house.

We called the technician and he said we would have to call USA DIGITAL again. When I did, the representative was very enjoyable and understood what I needed and got the process going again. We had another technician come to the house in a couple of hours and he was able to install it. He did a great job in making sure that we could work our TVs with the remotes and understood some of the features. We have enjoyed our DirecTV and I called today again regarding an issue and it was cleared up quickly.

Very professional and friendly staff. From first phone call to installation and follow ups everybody is very helpful, patient and knowlodgeable. Loved how USA DIGITAL made my DIRECTV signing smooth and fast!!!
