had over 300 pounds of metal and when i got there they said that its 220 pounds, i weighted everything to the pound and i know i had little over 300 pounds. never go there again, con artists, should not be in the business

These guys were great. Easy in and out, weighed numerous recyclables plastic, copper wire, and some old aluminum wheels. Since prices adjust weekly, even daily, they make sure to get you the market value.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead of time and checked website, when I arrived they took my wire weighed it and dumped it then told me the price. Shorted me about 10 cents a pound on my copper then put a 3 day hold on my money. No one said anything about this prior to me dumping the wire. When I asked for my money or the wire back they said they couldn't return the wire and the only thing they would do was get me my cash in 3 days. Had to take off work again because of the hours to pick up my money and they still wouldn't adjust the rate. And the straw on the camels back, I got a flat tire from one of the many nails they have all over the parking/dumping area. There are plenty other recycling centers near by I would recommend any of them over this place.
