Industrial Metal Supply is a mill distributor, full-line metal service center and retailer serving Southern California industry and consumers since 1948. The unique assortment of businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties are well served by IMS' wide range of products. In 2002, the company moved to a larger location in Sun Valley, Calif., which offers its customers more than 14,000 square feet of retail showroom and 95,000 square feet of warehouse along with many new items to choose from. Businesses, from construction firms to personal computer board manufacturers, and individual consumers, ranging from artists to engineers, comprise the core of IMS business. To fulfill the diverse needs of these markets, IMS stocks the largest variety of metals in Southern California, including steel, aluminum, stainless, tool steel, brass, copper, silicon-bronze and lead. Customers can also purchase specialty items from stock, such as decorative brass, stainless steel railing systems and imported hand-forged ornamental iron for architectural and ornamental use.
