We went to Shuppe's after multiple people recommended them. They were very polite and called us frequently to update us if there were any changes to what was going on with our car. Not only was the estimate slightly below what other repair shops had told us it would be, but since it didn't take as long and the part was cheaper, the end price was 60 dollars under the estimate!! I was honestly shocked because I know some shops who would have just kept the extra money and charged the original estimate, but not Shuppe's. In these financial times, it is nice to know that there are places out there as honest as they are. We will continue taking our cars and referring them to friends and family.

I've done business with Shuppe's several times and have always received excellent service. They are polite, efficient, and honest. Their prices are always very reasonable, and they always do good work. Several of my family members and friends have also had good experiences with Shuppe's. I highly recommend them.
