I first went to Donald Linsky to settle my father's estate in September 2010. It is now July 2014 and it is still not settled despite a ruling from the Hillsborough County Probate Court telling him to settle the estate by May 2013. He is just trying to get more money be constantly billing for reviewing the case. I am not paying him another dime. I am also looking into bringing him up on legal charges.

Donald's lack of action is a prime example of why people do NOT trust lawyers!

When i first approached this place all i wanted was to start a business. Have done it by myself before and took me all of 10 minutes and before long i was Incorporated. This time i needed to have a trust in place which at most would have been a few hundred dollars, and no time at all according to other Attorney's. Being charged by the hour, when going to speak to Mr. Linsky he started the conversation with questions and comments and sexual inuendos that had nothing to do with what i was there for (but he sure charged me for it) At the end of the day he chharged me five thousand dollars for something so simple and effortless, i totally agree with what the other person commented on here STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! It should have been my first clue when I saw records strewn all around the office. WHAT A DISGRACE!!

This man has handled my Aunt's will and 16 months later has not done anything of substance other than continually bill my mother for asking when the will will be distributed.I have had to contact another attorney,who has informed me this man is not above board.One would expect the courtesy of an occasional update about this business,but Mr. Linsky offers no info and if asked bills a ridiculous amount to answer a simple question.I have had to become involved tp protect my Mother and I would advise ANYONE against using this ,what I believe ,is a crook.Linsky is the poster boy for whay lawyers have long been considered and should be avoided at any cost if you value your family and your wishes being handled expeditously.
