I had The Flooring Company install carpet and linoleum in my mobile home. In the master bath the installer put in linoleum and used nails to hold it down on the subfloor which punctured the water main and flooded the area under the house. When the company was informed, they sent out a "handyman" who did what it took to stop the flooding. However, he neglected to dry out the area under my house so it caused the new flooring they had just installed to bubble and swell. When I complained they called me names and hung up. When I tried to call back, they refused my call. I hired a plumbing contractor who said it was unsafe to walk on the bathroom floor and that the floor and the linoleum needed to be replaced once they checked and made sure the underfloor was dry. The Flooring Company refuses to discuss this with me as they feel fixing the leak was all they needed to do. I can no longer use my master bathroom and do not have the money to replace what they did
