I lived in Sun City in the late 1990s, and did not even know this place existed. I have been disabled since 1991, and am now nearly 70. If I had known about Halter Hillside Apartments then, I would have been living here long ago. I found out about this community late in 2013, and put in my application. It took a couple of months to get a vacancy, and be approved, but now, I have lived here for going on six months. I am happy, and so is my little dog. If you are 60 or more years of age, or disabled, be sure to check out this community of active seniors. Office staff is nice, and helpful, too.

I highly recommend this beautiful and well kept up, low income senior and disabled person complex. The owners and management are caring and friendly. The tenants are wonderful and full of life. One of the nicest senior communities in Sun City. Encourage the low income seniors in your life to submit an application. As of July 2009 the waiting list is less than 15 people. Rhonda Lawson
