      For over 25 years, Dr. Victor has been providing comprehensive general eye care to residents of Sun City and surrounding areas. He also specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of eyelid conditions, both cosmetic and non-cosmetic. Eyelid conditions treated include droopy eyelids, excess eyelid skin, eyelid and facial skin cancers and lesions, inward and outward turning eyelashes and tear duct disorders. General eyecare includes dry eye, complete eye examinations, glaucoma, eye infections, diabetic retinopathy and cataract evaluation.Dr. Victor is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Fellowship Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon.
