I have had several occasions recently using the Post Office on 98th and Bell Rd. I commend the staff. They work hard and as fast as they can. They are helpful and courteous. If they are not, they have good reason having to deal with people that have no place to go but are impatient and crabby and demanding. what you sow, so shall you reap people.

This is not for a specific United States Post Office, but it is about USPS customer services. On July 9th,2010 I mailed a replacement computer to my Daughter in nice France. It was mailed from the Sun City Post office and insured. To make a long story short, my daughter never got the computer. Trying to deal with the USPS to file an insurance claim is nothing more then a joke. You deal with rude people who could care less. Every time you call, you get a different answer. Now I am told the French need 37 days to search for the missing computer... Unbelievable ! I'll just accept the fact I'm out the money. This has taught me a lesson.... NEVER use the United States Post Office to ship anything of any reasonable value to Europe.
