I posted a blog about this store when they refused to refund the cost of a dress I had purchased after the color faded after laundering it for the first time. I have since written to the owner of the store and have received a store credit for the full cost of the dress. I will definitely be shopping there in the future

I posted a blog about this store when they refused to refund the cost of a dress I had purchased after the color faded after laundering it for the first time. I have since written to the owner of the store and have received a store credit for the full cost of the dress. I will definitely be shopping there in the future

On July 1, 2014 I spent $341.25 worth of clothes and shoes in preparation for a two week trip. One purchase was a deep purple peasant dress. I wore it once and when I returned because I had been to a very humid climate I washed everything I had taken with me. The dress lost most of its color even though I am meticulous with my laundry. I went back to the store and asked for either a refund or a store credit and was told by the person I talked to "no, we can't take this back because it has been washed." I can understand this response if I had been returning it for some other reason then that the dress was not colorfast. I told her I wouldn't be back and as I left I heard another customer tell her "you should have given her a refund." I certainly will not go back even though I was very impressed with their merchandise and had planned to include this store on my list of shopping destinations.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!!! The clothes and accessories are AMAZING!!! And the staff were friendly, helpful and so much fun!!! It took serious restraint NOT to max out my credit card! Ha! I promise, you will LOVE shopping at Sunburst!!!
