General Info

My name is Steve Goetzenberger and I am the owner/operator of Serenity Computer Services, LLC I will be the one who answers your phone call and the one doing the work on your computer or device. I have built many computers for users such as computer CAD designers, Extreme Gaming Computers, and Standard use computers. I have been working with computers most of my life as a hobby since the early 1990's. The first computer I used was a programmable typewriter with spellchecker. Then soon after I was exposed to the 386 computers that used the 4 1/2" floppy disk. In grade school I learned to type on one of the first Apple Macintosh computer that used the newer 3 1/2" floppy disk. In 2012 I took my interest in computers and all things technology to college. In 2014 I graduated with honors and two Associates of Applied Sciences degrees one in CISCO Networking Administration and the other in Linux Administration. Currently I hold two industry certifications the CompTIA A+ (computer hardware) and the CompTIA Network+ (computer networking). I will be adding more of these certifications as I earn them. I also have a current Level 1 DPS finger print clearance card. These fingerprint cards are only issued to persons who have clear backgrounds.
