      very slow service very high prices and made changes to the estate with out checking with client

      made change to elderly clients estate with a one on one review with client to make sure that this was there wishes. also set up a trust and never insured that the elderly client understood. the end result was probate was required on a trust extra fees were paid for legal services and estate paid an additional legal fees of 17 % for a legal blunder
