The University of South Carolina Sumter is a public, coeducational, research university offering associate and baccalaureate degrees in various fields. Located in Sumter, S.C., the university offers academic programs in business administration, arts and interdisciplinary studies. It also offers distance education courses through DVDs in combination with textbooks and supplemental instructional material. Its J. C.
