called haier to have a warranty repair done on my washer was given Rogers appliances number by haier and I called them from Sunday til Tuesday. Tuesday I finally talked to a tech who tells me that what I am Telling them is wrong with my washer is just cosmetic and haier will not honor the warranty so they said I would have to pay for the repair myself I decided to call haier back and asked for a different appliance repair company.once I explain the issue to the gentleman from haier he informed me that this was not true he gave me the name of another company to call. I called them and they said they have heard of no such policy with haier that they do not have any issues with haier other then it takes a couple days to get the parts. so if I were you I would not use this company

I waited all day. Called early that morning and was told that some one would call soon. Soon never came. I called back again and again onlynto hear that he was coming as soon as he got caught up. By 9:30 P.M. I had pretty much had it. This time they gave me the man's cell #. He was out on the lake. Boy he sure was busy!!!

Told me one price at the visit and I had to pay them then. When parts came in they doubled the price for them to finish the job. DO NOT USE
