I found Leak Seekers online and selected them because of the positive reviews. For the initial appointment they showed us as scheduled. However, when the plumber thought the cause was under the house which was wet and muddy, he left without telling the tenant or myself when they could return to see what the problem really was. This company never called me back. I texted the company with no response. Finally I reached them by phone and was told they would have to reschedule for an afternoon appoint when it was the last stop of the day. This never happened. I called again to see when they thought they could return as I explain the need was critical as it was halting duct work replacement being done. Leak Seekers would not answer my calls and nor would they respond to the messages left explaining the criticality of addressing the problem. The tenant advised that they showed up in a nice shining truck, but that's all that was shining about this experience. Very disappointed and would not recommend using this non-responsive plumbing company that wouldn't work in less than ideal working conditions. Bye the way the gentlemen doing the duct work had no issues working under the house.

Wow, this team does a really quick and really professional job. These guys are veteran plumbers no doubt. They came in and knocked out my parent's leaking pipes (under the house in a smelly, dirty crawl space) like it was nothing and did it with no complaints. They came highly recommended to me and now I'm in turn highly recommending them to anyone in the South Carolina area needing plumbing expertise at prices cheaper than the rude, inexperienced plumbers in the area. Trust me, we got a lot of quotes on this job and some plumbers wouldn't touch the project at all. Great work Leak Seekers!!
