Unkempt grounds, unprofessional and unskilled maintenance workers. Terrible ventilation. Unsafe feeling with unruly and untidy neighbors. Thin walls, holes and gaps, broken appliances, I can go on. Please don't move here unless you just can't afford to go anywhere else. You'd be better off in the projects or a decent trailer.
