      By far the best tattoo shop in Sumter ! Clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and they can draw whatever you have in mind...I didn't have to bring my own research...all I had to do was explain what I wanted and BOOM ! there it was...Chris and Rhian are the BEST !! Very personable and professional !
