I have been a customer of Boykin for the past 2 years as a Customer Care Club member. Excellent value, expert technicians and ease of making appointments are just some of the reasons I value this company. Prompt service and knowledeable representatives each time we are scheduled for our check up. And they clean up and even put our hose away each and every time. I really liked that the office called before the serviceman headed to my house, to confirm that I was ready for them to be there. Once there, the serviceman was efficient and thorough. He couldn't find the suspected leak in my a/c, but he checked it thoroughly before we decided to refill the freon. The price was fair and I knew exactly what I paid for.
