I lived in Summerville Estates for many years and the managers they have had were all excellent except the one they have now her name is Suzanne Diamond she talks down to her tenants and gets away with it. I have seen her multiple times harass my friends on 65th. st. and because everyone is afraid of her she gets away with it. I hope the people who find this review will know the true side of her before deciding to move into her lots. My advice is live somewhere else and have a better life then youy would if you live in Summerville Estates.
