In addition, it conducts adult group exercise classes and fitness programs. The organization supports a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, soccer, tennis and lacrosse. The Summit YMCA provides membership opportunities and nutritional counseling solutions. The organization additionally has an investment club and serves citizens in New Jersey. The Summit YMCA offers the Career Cluster program and is a part of The Summit Area YMCA.
