Provided by YP.comDon't put your money in this bank!! I thought I was a valued customer, but boy I was wrong!! I have fallen on hard times and recently bounced a couple of checks, First time in YEARS!! Finally was able to get help from a friend and they put a hold on my check for 10 days!! Their so called reason for this was because of the bounced checks , it was not my fault!! Thanks to our wonderful social security system. I called the bank spoke with someone, she said there was nothing I could do so I asked to speak to the manager, of course they were not available. They gave me a 800 # and once again NO ONE CARED!! SHAME on you Wells Fargo!!! As soon as they take the hold off my check, I am canceling my account!!! Oh wait I better not say that they will probably put another 10 hold on it!!! I have been a loyal customer for years!! No one should be treated the way I have been. Do not bank here, because one day you may be in my position and they will show their true colors!!
