Provided by YP.comWorst service department Ever!!! I took my car in for a recall and was treated with attitude , disrespect and this was just over the phone. If your car needs to be serviced please take it somewhere else, I truly felt uncomfortable even to pick up my car, I cant remember the guys name that worked on it, I told his manager I did not want to even go near the service department because of the way he spoke to me over the phone. The manager Steve said he would take care of this matter, I hope he does because this guy was scary to say the least!! Stay away!!!

Provided by YP.comBeware! I purchased a used Dodge Caravan here years ago and it turned out to be a lemon. Fast forward to 2010. I purchased a preowned 2006 Freestyle. They gave me very little for trade in on my 2003 MPV and would not budge on the sticker price of my 2006. The finance guy told me that the second best Ford warantee they sold was great and that the only difference between that and the best one was the coverage for accessories (DVD, etc). This year, I took it in to have the window control looked at...not covered they said (300 bucks). This week, my Freestyle started surging without any acceleration and nearly hit another car. Turns out there is a Freestyle issue with this and the throttle body is the culprit. The dealership could only 'guess' it was this and that was all I got from the service center. Again, this was miraculously NOT covered by my warrantee and a costly 800 dollars! To top it off, the service Manager, Mark, tried to convince me to trade in my Freestyle after owning it one year to buy another car from them. Are you kidding?!!!! They ripped me off, lied to me, could only 'guess' about my repair and didn't stand by their product at all. They must take me for a real dummy.
