Purchased what was supposed to be 100% brazillian hair for a little over one hundred dollars just to find that the hair was not virgin and was processed. I went to the store and no one seemed to care and said that they have nothing to do with the hair not being what I was looking for. They are all about money and from the reviews I read, they shouldn't be advertising on the radio if they can't even provide good customer service.
