Wayne. It's been over 4 weeks since you looked at the road entrance signs for Newington Plantation. You say you'll have the estimate Friday or Monday. That was 2 weeks ago.
Please Wayne, either send me the estimate for night time reflection, and slight repair of 1 sign --- or tell me to buzz off, I'm too small and you don't have the time to deal with me.
I've worked with you from the old days when YOU were the little guy, from Time Warner Cable etc. You've really disappointed me Wayne. You've changed.

I purchased a truck from Charleston County and they had damaged some of the stripes on the door during removal of the police star. The color and rest of the stripes looked good so they gave me the name to ask for at Mr Sign. I contacted Wayne and asked about buying a roll of the stripes and he was very helpful on the phone. He offered to trim the door sizes for me and also to send the roll I wanted for future repairs. He stated he would be out of town for the rest of the week and would get back with me the very next week to send them out and get payment. Never heard back. I have emailed and still nothing. Its been over a month so I guess they are too busy for a little person or a small order. Glad they have that much business coming their way to ignore a small job but if you are a little job then look elsewhere as they don't care. I would up having a local shop do it a month later after they refused to return my call.

I requested a wrap for my RV and was told I would be e-mailed some suggestions of how it should look about three days later but that never came. One week later when I passed by the store Jamie said he had gotten very busy (in other words, he either forgot about us or choose to put us on the back burner) and he promised to get to it done immediately. Now, it has been another week and I have not received an e-mail or call. I feel the economy is quite bad at this time but, I guess, things must be going really well for this company when they can discard customers willing to pay a good price for their service.
