You should come see this park for yourself,it is very clean and safe. Anyone looking for a mobile home park should see it for their self the manager of the park is very nice. I would recommend this park to anyone.

I AM QUITE IRATE THAT THE OWNER OF THIS PARK. MARTHA FLYNN REFUSES TO DO ANY REPAIRS ON HER RENTALS. SHE OPENLY ADMITTED THAT HER MOBILE HOMES ARE OLD. AND SHE WONT PUT ANYMORE MONEY IN THEM. IN THE MEANTIME. THE RENT IS PAID ONTIME SINCE 1998.. MARTHA LETS HER ELDELRY TENANTS LIVE IN FILTH. THE TENANTS HAVE REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. TIRED OF SEEING THE ELDERLY TREATED THIS WAY. MARTHA IS A SLUMLORD. AND MISTREATS HER TENANTS. I AM GOING TO THE MAGISTRATE TO FILE SUIT AGAINST THIS LANDLORD. WAKE UP, YOUR THE OWNER/LANDLORD OF THE RESIDENCE. DO THE REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED....I KNOW OF A COUPLE WHO HAS MAJOR LEAKS IN THERE ROOF WHEN IT RAINS, AND PEST CONTROL, AND A NEW REFRIGERATOR. THINGS NEED TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY.. I have taken her to Nason Medical twice due to my mom neighbor, the boy in lot29. screams, curses and all my mom asks of this boy, please keep a better eye on your cat, Oweme. animal control has taken this cat, and the boy now harrasses my mother. I am worried about her safety around such an unstable person. he needs to be evicted.
