Don't move your family here, this new community at least what it is suppose be if like living in the hood/project, kids play football buy cars, your door way, trash always over flowing, staff is rude, except when it's time to collect rent.....can't wait until my least is up.....wouldn't referral a hungry cat to visit...... Can't wait to move, for this to be just a few years old these apartment are nasty, carpets are dirty, stained the staff refuse to do anything about it but send somebody in who just stream clean it and makes the stain go away for 30 days...the staff is rude, just care about collecting rent, work orders never put in on time, pest control never comes, gate always broke...these apartment rates ia a negative -1

Moved in 2 mo ago, can't wait to move out. A retired couple who live quietly should not have been put under a herd of kids jumping around at 7AM every day. The place wasn't clean when we moved in and there were stains on the carpet that they decided to "patch". This carpet should have been replaced not patched. The oven, dishwasher, sinks and fridge were disgusting and I had to clean them myself before I used any of them. The outside is quiet but most residents do not seem to bother with the gate key given for the gates, they just piggyback their way in behind you or go through the out gate which is broken open most of the time. There is no security here and people need to pick up after their animals. The office crew don't care.

Make sure you get any closing terms of your lease in writing. They do not follow through

We moved into a 2 BR/2BA w/ sunroom, patio & garage a couple months ago. It was new and there were some construction/appliance issues that the maintenance man responded to quickly. Everyone at the office is great, but they don't always answer the phone until after several calls. We had a mouse because of the construction, and it has taken awhile to get rid of, but now the pest control sent the supervisor and I think he got rid of it. There have been no bugs and the apartment is cute and a great find for the $. It isn't spacious, but it is perfect for us. Some people don't pick up after their dogs (though we do) and I do wish there were doggy stations, which might help. I think they send notices to people who have dogs off leashes or don't clean up after them. The amenities are nice and the neighbors are too. Safe--many police officers live here actually. Everyone is quiet and/or friendly. We recommend it to everyone. Wish they had a double sink and garden tub, but it's still nice.
