My experience couldn't have been worse without being criminal. Lies and misdirection at every turn. We attempted multiple times to purchase a shed kit. After the run-around numerous times they finally let us order, only to get bizarre calls with wildly different quotes. Then delivery prices kept changing. Adding insult to injury, they failed to deliver key parts of the kit. When we repeatedly called them for the parts, they repeatedly lied about the status of the order. At times, they lied about the parts being on their way through delivery even as we told them we'd pick up up the items. I know this because I was home and no delivery happened. Have never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

Staff is not nice. It takes about an hour or two to get out of here..

It's sometimes hard to find someone at the counter but they are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need they'll offer to order it or direct you to a competitor that does. Gotta love a business that puts the customer needs on top of the priority list.

This company uses a collection agency that spoofed caller ID. I'm a victim that spoofing. They used my phone ID to call a friend of mine.

High prices on specialty items even though a local competitor provided the same material for 1/2 the price. Promises by local Salesman to provide credits and match other vendor's pricing were not kept even when cost comparison's were validated. Unethical sales practices in my opinion. Wouldn't you feel the same if your trim material cost was $7000 even though you discussed matching the local vendor's cost? As it turns out the local competitor's cost would have only been $3500?
