      We're Donna and Glenn Claeys, proud owners of The Garden Outlet since 1999. We've both worked in the landscaping and floral industry for more than three decades. Our son-in-law, Eliot Thomas, also works in the family business. Glen, who studied horticulture, runs The Garden Outlet's landscaping crew. He sources all the plants we sell and plant for customers from local nurseries, ensuring we offer only the highest quality materials. Donna has a degree in horticulture architecture, and she specializes in creating custom landscape designs for our customers and overseeing the installation and maintenance of them. She also serves as our in-house florist and wedding consultant, creating beautiful arrangements for every occasion. Eliot, who is married to our daughter, Kayla, has worked at the Garden Center for 15 years, since he was a teenager. You might say he grew up here! Eliot currently manages the retail store.

      Nice plants, but service is so-so. I called for a pyrocanthia - ready to buy. Had thoroughly researched the plant and was aware of all aspects (size, large thorns, etc.) I asked to order it as they had none and the woman gave me the 3rd degree about knowing what the plant was like and tried as hard as she could to discourage me from purchasing the plant. In the end, she promised to call me back with a price and delivery date. Never heard from her. Will purchase elsewhere. D.M. - Summerfield
