I submitted a cash payment for my satellite & they won't post it to our account for 2 business day. Because my satellite provider didn't get it, I got my service shut off. If it was a check I would understand but not for cash. You don't get notified of the "at least 2 business days" until AFTER you pay and it is written on the receipt. When I tried to call them Saturday they were closed (M-F, 8-5) no weekends, no customer service line. Really? In this day and age? Very unhappy with this company, think they are way behind the times and need to become current. Too many options out there to ever deal with them again. I hope no one uses their services anymore, and they can go away right along with the Radio Shack computers.
