Made an appointment for yesterday @ 9am with H&R Block office at 4821 Allentown Rd, Camp Springs, MD and was extremely disappointed with the lack of service by the office manager, Linda. First staff was late. Linda showed up after I did, with the intent to check up on her staff. Linda was not scheduled to work until later in the day. Told me to leave my tax info and come back in the evening and it would be ready. I came back nine hours later, Linda was busy with another client, didnt have time to speak with me. Told me the best she could do for me was to do my taxes Tuesday afternoon. Although she apologized, the bottom line is that my taxes were not completed as promised. Will I go back to this location or recommend them...NEVER! I made my appointment in advance so I could sit with a tax professional while getting my taxes done.
