I purchased my lounge chaise and recliner at this store about 1 month ago. I must say the salepersons here were so nice and welcoming us. They left us space to make decision. On the other hand, the price is so affordable because we checked the prices in the other stores before we came here. I couldn't wait for the chaise and recliner so I asked them to deliver earlier and they was so nice to make it faster for me in their ability. I LOVE my recliner and it helps me with my pregnancy a lot. I will definitely come back to this store. Look for LINH OR AMY, they were so nice and polite to help me in both times I came.

It's a great experience to purchase furniture at this store. The salesperson was really helpful. I got a reasonable price for the whole livingroom set (sofa and loveseat) with recliners for around $980 (Delivered to my house). At first he said it would be around 2 to 3 weeks for my furniture to be delivered but they came within 10 days because I need them for my family reunion last weekend. The delivery guys were able to help me haul away my old couch too (I only pay $50 for disposal fee plus $10 for tips), not bad at all. I am glad to support local business like Costrite Furniture.

I got my furniture at a decent price, however, after paying almost a grand up front for a sectional sofa with ottoman and two pillows, they delivered it without the ottoman, one pillow, and the delivery driver cut the leather with a box cutter. I was then told i would recieve my ottoman in 3 weeks and the pillow as well. Here i am 2 months later with one pillow, no ottoman, and a sliced sofa. I was told today that it would be delivered by 7pm. It is now 8pm and all locations are closed. I probably wont do anymore business at this furniture store. I would rather pay a little bit more and get better customer service
