I would never recommend ServePro – Sugarland to ANYONE! My husband and I are extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which ServePro has conducted business. ServePro was contracted to perform mold remediation and repairs to our home resulting from a leak on July 5, 2015, which damaged our second story bathroom, hallway and pantry in our kitchen. The repairs to our home are still pending. Their conduct is absolutely egregious. There has been:

No single point of contact – project manager;

Failure of any project manager to appear at the house at the onset of the project;

Lack of proper project oversight;

Lack of clear direction for the demolition crew;

Late arrival of and lack of direction for the remediation crew;

Failure to call or appear to begin repairs to our home this week; and

Overall lack of communication and adherence to stated claims.

We reached out to our initial contact, who we expected to manage the project. Our concerns were not addressed. Phone calls were unanswered. There were no responses or delayed responses to voice and email messages. We escalated our concerns to “upper management”, advising of the egregious business practices. Upper management provided no adequate explanation, ownership of or apology for the myriad of issues we are experiencing with ServPro.
